Amazing book...have you read it? I highly recommend it. It really has changed my mind on a lot of things regarding the food we eat. In fact I'm just about to order my own cheese making kit! My husband thinks I'm nuts. He actually asked me why can't you just buy stuff like everyone else? Ha! Never thought I would hear those words come out of his mouth!! :) Anyway, I'll let you know how it goes...

My husband feels the same way, except I haven't tried to make cheese yet!

Next in my "to read" pile is The Poisonwood Bible. Have you read that yet?

I loved this book. I've been trying to make small changes. It is hard though, and there are things I wont ever be able to stop buying, like coffee and chocolate!!!

I enjoyed this book tremendously. It should have been called "Food for Thought." It has changed the way I think also.

i love , love this book. I originally borrowed it from the library but bought a copy anyway. I use it as a reference and it was so full of great info. I have been tempted to make my own cheese because of this too.

that book changed my life in so many ways too, it is the kind of information so important right now. it made so much of whats going on in our country regarding food make sense! i kept saying "ah ha! i get it now!" i really enjoyed the audio version of it too, if you feel like a second read, listen to it. the author reads it, makes it even better. good luck with the cheese! i want to make some too and also have a husband who thinks i am nuts! ha ha!

Great book! Have you made your cheese yet? My husband thinks that the cheese making is a bit odd, but that's okay :) It makes me happy. And its yummy too.
